Training & Workshops

From knowing to doing

Knowing what good leadership is does not mean you can apply it immediately. Many managers follow trainings full of theory, only to realise that little actually changes in daily practice. That is why learning at Maximize Culture is based on doing, experiencing and practising — not on listening to a PowerPoint.

Maximize Culture’s training programmes are designed for leaders, managers and teams who want to strengthen daily collaboration and communication. Topics include leadership, coaching, delegation, culture and working in international teams. Always interactive, energetic and tailored to the reality of your organisation.

How it works
Trainings range from half-day sessions to multi-day programmes, depending on the objective. Using dynamic working methods, real-life examples and reflection, participants learn not only what good leadership looks like, but also how to demonstrate that behaviour. Sessions are carried out in groups, usually on-site at the organisation, so participants learn directly in their real work environment. Online sessions are also possible. The approach is personal, honest and energetic — with room for humour and direct feedback.

What it brings

  • more confidence and calm in leadership;
  • better awareness of one’s own behaviour and that of colleagues;
  • communication that is open, respectful and effective;
  • lasting behavioural change, because participants experience it themselves.

A real-life example
A group of new managers struggled to delegate tasks. During a two-day training on coaching and delegation, they discovered how trust works in both directions. The team’s atmosphere changed visibly — less control, more initiative.
