Who is behind Maximize Culture
Maximize Culture was founded by Koen Thijssen. With more than eighteen years of executive-level experience, he knows how organisations truly function — the pressure, the dynamics and the crucial role of culture. He now uses that experience to support leaders and teams who want to make a meaningful difference.

Koen works in four languages (Dutch, English, French and German) and offers individual coaching online, on site or at his office.
