Team Coaching at Maximize Culture is designed for teams that want to collaborate better and bring back energy. Not a long trajectory, but one or two sessions in which everything can be put on the table. The manager sits in the circle as well, because the solution lies in the whole team — not above it.

How it works
A session usually lasts half a day to a full day. During that time, the interactions that reinforce or block each other become visible. With independent, external guidance, everyone is heard and the real issues surface. The approach is direct, safe and without detours: the goal is clarity and ownership within the team.
