How it works
We start with interviews, observations or short surveys to understand what is truly happening. Then follow sessions and workshops where bottlenecks surface: the silences, the misunderstandings, the unrealistic agreements. These programmes typically last several months and are fully tailored to the organisation.

A real-life example
