Strategy
The first step of a transition process is to co-create the long term strategy. It's important that all levels of the company are involved in order for it to be carried by each team member.
Inclusion
When the strategy is clearly defined we will have one-on-one sessions with each team member, to be sure that everyon is on board.
If necessary we propose individual coaching for the follow up.
Implementation
A clearly defined strategy will show what to increase, improve or implement.
It will also show what you have to stop doing. This will create a new culture and new behavements and this needs to be accompanied.
Analysis & optimization
Depending on the duration of the project that we define together, we will also plan a mid- and end evaluation to make sure that all objectives are reached. There is also a free follow-up 3 months after the end of the project
